We are looking for a skilled Project Manager / Scrum Master to join our team. The Project Manager will be responsible for overseeing and guiding the scrum team’s deliverables efficiently. This role will take the lead in ensuring that the team follows scrum framework values and Agile practices and will mentor and motivate the members of the scrum team, facilitate scrum tea
This is a very important role as we are trying to solve the following issues:
- What are people even working on and what is the deadline? (We need a better way to know what people are even working on and if those tasks/projects are making any difference)
- Doing weekly meetings to check against KPI / to-do’s and seeing what needs attention + Issue log (to resolve) using Level 10 meeting in EOS
This is a REMOTE position requiring a good internet connection (at least 50MBps), your own workstation, a smartphone with data, and schedule flexibility including the possibility of weekend work when needed.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the Scrum team in using Agile methodology and Scrum practices
- Facilitate sprints, retrospective meetings, huddles/stand-ups, and other stakeholder meetings (using Level 10 meeting in EOS)
- Gather requirements and define user acceptance criteria
- Work with the Scrum team and other teams within to groom and manage backlogs and new feature requests
- Ensure that all Scrum events take place and are positive, productive, and kept within the timebox
- Confirm/align each department/person’s weekly and monthly goal (against quarterly/yearly goal)
- Address/track issue log (and assign/delete the issues to appropriate person and follow up to ensure the changes is done)
- Follow up to ensure there’s a change in the SOP to ensure it doesn’t happen in future
- Manage product updates
- Track / manage any update / new manufacturing changes to ensure we are on track and notate / address issues
- Manage website content updates
- Coordinate between content manager and developer / Ecommerce manager to get update implemented across all platforms
- Make sure our KPIs are tracked and any issue, IDS with the relevant department / person
Requirements:
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent knowledge of Scrum techniques and artifacts (such as definition of done, scenarios, user stories, gathering of requirements, defining user acceptance criteria,etc.)
- 5+ years of experience as a Project Lead
- Scrum master certification highly preferred
- If you are close to being one or don’t have a certification, we will pay for the testing
- Proven track record of managing and successfully completing product-related projects
- Demonstrated experience in working with cross-functional teams and leading the charge towards a common vision
- Impeccable attention to detail
- Excellent analytical and lateral thinking skills
