3D Designer

We are seeking a talented and creative 3D Designer to join our team. As a 3D Designer, you will be responsible for creating detailed and realistic 3D sketches of cities, real estate plans, and other architectural designs. You will collaborate with our team of architects, engineers, and project managers to bring concepts to life and provide visually compelling representations of our projects. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in 3D modeling and rendering, excellent attention to detail, and a passion for creating visually stunning designs.

Responsibilities:

* Create highly detailed and accurate 3D models of cities, real estate plans, and architectural designs using industry-standard software.
* Collaborate with the team to understand project requirements and objectives.
* Interpret 2D plans, sketches, and concept designs to develop 3D representations.
* Apply textures, materials, and lighting techniques to create realistic and visually appealing renderings.
* Optimize 3D models and renderings for performance and quality.
* Iterate and refine designs based on feedback from the team and clients.
* Stay up-to-date with the latest trends, tools, and techniques in 3D design and visualization.
* Work within project timelines and meet deadlines without compromising on quality.
* Maintain organized files and documentation of projects for future reference.

Requirements:

* Strong communication skills to effectively convey ideas and collaborate with tea ---------- mbers.
* Proven experience as a 3D Designer or similar role, with a portfolio of 3D designs and renderings.
* Proficiency in industry-standard 3D modeling and rendering software such as Autodesk 3ds Max, SketchUp, Rhino, or similar tools.
* Strong understanding of design principles and spatial concepts.
* Excellent attention to detail and ability to create highly accurate and realistic 3D representations.
* Solid knowledge of texture mapping, lighting, and rendering techniques.
* Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment.
* Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks effectively.
