We are thrilled to announce an exciting opportunity to join our eCommerce Team! We're currently seeking a superstar Customer Support to join our dynamic and growing team.
Responsibilities:
1. Customer Support

- Manage payment gateway disputes, including responding to inquiries and resolving issues in a timely manner.
- Maintain an Excel sheet to track refund, replacement, modification, and cancellation requests, and inform the fulfillment team of any necessary changes.
Requirements:
- Fluency in English
- Proven experience in the Ecommerce Customer Support field
- Strong knowledge of online platforms, such as Shopify, ChatGPT, etc.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively communicate with customers
- A strong sense of responsibility
- Strong attention to detail: Commitment to accuracy and quality control
- Willingness to learn and grow with the company
Job Details
- Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9am - 6pm (Philippines Time)
- Work Venue: Fully Work-from-home
