Marketing Project Manager

The Online Marketing and Campaign Manager will be responsible for bringing the marketing campaign “vision” to reality. This entails fully understanding the goals of the campaign, learning about the various tactics and strategies that would be required to achieve the objectives. The person in this role will think through all the aspects of the campaign, the customer journey, coordinate with different teaUpgrade to see actual infombers, and drive the campaign so it's completed at the highest level of quality

Your key responsibilities as Operations Marketing and Campaign Manager will include:
- Understanding the goals and strategies to complete a campaign successfully
- The ability to break down strategies into step by step action items for the team
- An acute understanding of technical systems to craft the intended customer experience
- The ability to own outcomes and pivot plans to achieve desired results
- Strong communication and leadership skills

This is a remote full-time position; the time investment will be in the range of about 35-45 hours per week, and the compensation will be between $2000 to $3000 USD per month, depending on experience.

The Candidates (this is who you are)

To be a good fit for this job, you need to be a quick study, take initiative, and be able to take direction without having to be micromanaged. We care about attitude and enthusiasm, but we're also looking for someone who can hit the ground running.

Someone who is:
- Experienced: You have either managed online marketing campaigns before or played a key role in one. You are familiar with CRM and shopping cart systems.
- Strategic: Your critical and creative thinking skills will help you 'get' the marketing strategy so you can devise a project plan and make execution decisions that are strategically aligned.
- Service-oriented: You're a people person with a genuine interest in being part of a high performing team and contributing your unique talents to create a bigger impact.
- Systematic: You have excellent organization skills so you can manage and be on top of multiple high profile projects at the same time. You have great follow through and follow up skills so you can lead others to get the projects delivered well and on time. You are detail-oriented and quickly able to spot things that are off.
