Operations Manager

* Candidates must be Licensed Civil Engineer.
* With at least 10 years of working experience in construction and project management.
* Ensuring all operations are carried on in an appropriate, cost-effective way
* Improving operational management systems, processes and best practices
* Helping the organization’s processes remain legally compliant
* Must be punctual and possess a can-do attitude, initiative, and critical thinking
* Formulate strategic and operational objectives
* Examine financial data and use them to improve profitability
* Manage budgets and forecasts
* Perform quality controls and monitor production KPIs
* Recruit, train and supervise staff
* Find ways to increase quality of customer service
* Good in documentation and reporting
* Proficient in MS offices
