Phone Sales Agent - Remote

RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Collaborate closely with Account Executives and Managers to understand both client and company objectives for new client acquisition.
- Identify potential clients for our services, primarily targeting marketing executives in retail, e-commerce, and other tech companies.
- Initiate outbound communication to schedule customer meetings for your Account Executives and Managers with leading brand executives.
- Develop expertise in essential sales skills, such as meeting preparation, follow-up, and closing.
- Handle inbound calls from direct mail leads and make outbound calls on warm data leads.
- Engage in email outreach and apply a consultative sales approach to explain our programs and services.
- Opportunities for career progression to account executive roles or other positions within the company.

SALARY:

- This role provides a competitive base salary along with an uncapped commission structure, allowing for considerable earning potential based on performance.
- The financial growth opportunities within the company are substantial, with a Level 1 employee standing to earn upwards of 250,000+ PHP per year, escalating to 480,000+ PHP per year or more for a Level 3 employee.
- Monthly Salary - Base Pay = 6,000 PHP + Commission of 15,000 PHP to 34,000 PHP+ based on performance
