We are currently on the hunt for our dedicated Training Specialist to join our growing team. We are a rapidly expanding company that specializes in delivering top-tier customer support, bookkeeping, social media management, and digital marketing services to professionals, businesses, and entrepreneurs worldwide. Our team operate remotely, embodying our values of efficiency, flexibility, and customer-centric service.

As our Training Specialist, you will be tasked with designing, developing, and delivering engaging and effective training programs to meet the evolving needs of our employees and clients. The ideal candidate should be equipped with a fervor for teaching, exceptional communication skills, and a proven track record in designing and delivering effective training programs.
To qualify, we are looking for candidates who:

>Have preferably attained a Bachelor’s Degree in Education, Human Resources, or a related field (not compulsory, but highly preferred)
>Bring at least 3 years' experience in designing and delivering training programs to the table
>Exhibit strong English communication skills, both written and spoken
>Have experience with live remote training, eLearning development, and multimedia content creation
>Are proficient in tools like Canva and other video editing software
>Can adapt training materials to cater to various learning styles and experience levels
>Possess strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
>Have demonstrated the ability to evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make recommendations for improvements
