Hello, we are an eCommerce company selling mostly women's fashion to the US market, and we are looking for a new customer service manager!
We look for a superstar in the field. Someone who's smart and proactive, and can increase our customer satisfaction rate to the next level.
We are looking for someone who has a lot of experience in customer service, especially in the eCommerce field, and already knows the work and have many ideas on how to write good replies, and structure rules in order to increase customer satisfaction and improve the efficiency of the work.
Also must have perfect English of course.
Work is usually 4-8 hours per day.
Options for more hours / Increase hourly pay / Bonuses, based on performance. Give us results and we will enjoy paying you more.
