Woocommerce Developer Needed

I'm looking for an experienced WordPress developer to work from home, to assist me with a few Ecommerce website I own and run. I'm self-employed running the businesses on my own with a virtual few staff around the world, I've been paying per hour for the IT work done, and I'm looking at employing someone full-time or part time to help with the IT side of things.

The work consists of fixing glitches, as well as improving overall aesthetic's and functionality, website upgrades to functionality, updating plug-ins, testing of sites, website speed improvements etc.

I need someone with some experience working with custom Wordpress / Woo-commerce templates as some of the sites use some custom functionality.

You must be a self-starter able to be self-sufficient, to always be looking at the website, looking for things that can be done to improve the flow and functionality, either aesthetic or internally within the system. You'll have a list of tasks to work through, and I'll continuously be emailing other things to be done. We will be expected to work your foreclosure of hours and send a quick daily report of what work has been done.

Ps the ability to use JavaScript will also be a plus, the other end of the salary for someone that can use Java very well and is able to complete the project we have in mind, for someone with just regular WooCommerce skills, it will be the lower end of the salary spectrum we have shown.
