Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO) Coordinator

Freebird Headcare is dedicated to providing top-notch ecommerce solutions in the headcare industry. We're currently on the lookout for a dynamic and motivated Graphic Designer. The successful candidate will have the responsibility of managing various projects, and ensuring they are completed in a timely fashion and within budget.

Remote, Work From Home

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Implement and manage CRO strategies and activities to improve conversion rates on our website.
- Use the ICE (Impact, Confidence, Ease) project scoring method to prioritize CRO initiatives based on their potential impact, our confidence in their success, and the ease of their implementation.
- Write comprehensive project briefs to outline the objectives, key performance indicators (KPIs), and timelines for each CRO initiative.
- Monitor and analyze website performance, user behavior, and conversion rates.
- Coordinate with other teams (e.g., marketing, design, and development) to implement changes and conduct A/B testing.
- Provide regular reports on CRO activities and their results.
- Stay updated on the latest CRO and digital marketing trends and technologies.

Skills and Qualifications:
- A minimum of 1 of experience in CRO, digital marketing, or a related field.
- Proven experience with the ICE project scoring method.
- Experience writing project briefs and coordinating CRO initiatives.
- Excellent understanding of web analytics, A/B testing, and user behavior analysis.
- Strong project management skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Proficiency in using CRO tools and software.
