Supporting the work of Jessica Chilton, Expressive Arts Therapist and Transformational Coach

Ideal Candidate excels at these Core Responsibilities:

• Manages all aspects of New Kajabi site (must feel confident in New Kajabi expertise)

• Provide exceptional Participant Support and Customer Service via email, phone, and FB group. (Troubleshoot any customer service issues with New Kajabi site)

• Coordinate Registration for online coaching programs (hosted on New Kajabi), following through in detail-oriented way to create an easeful welcoming entry.

• Use Constant Contact (and other email marketing platforms) for formatting and sending Emails.

• Edit Videos using iMovie, QuickTime, Animoto, or Screenflow. Assist with creation of inspiring marketing videos and artful coaching videos.

• Upload and organize videos using Vimeo, YouTube, and Dropbox.

• Create branded graphic design elements (such as Social Media inspiring infographics & artfully formatted worksheets).

• Use Zoom.us videoconferencing platform to set up group coaching calls.

• Be the go-to tech support for Jessica and Program Participants.

• Manage daily Social Media Marketing, scheduling posts and ads in Facebook.

• Expertise in branding & marketing that is infused with authenticity and creativity, providing examples.

• Expertise with hosting webinars, telesummits, or teleconferences.
