We are seeking a skilled Training Content VA to join our team and contribute to the development and maintenance of training modules and procedures. The ideal candidate will have experience working with training software such as Trainual or similar platforms to create engaging and effective training content. As a Training Content VA, you will play a key role in ensuring our employees receive comprehensive and well-structured training materials that support their professional development and enable them to perform their roles efficiently.

Responsibilities:
- Design and develop training modules, manuals, and procedures using Metapulse.
- Create engaging and interactive content, incorporating multimedia elements such as videos.
- Review and edit existing training materials for accuracy, consistency, and effectiveness.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure training content aligns with organizational goals and objectives.
- Manage and maintain the training content library, ensuring materials are organized and easily accessible to employees.

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Training Content VA or similar role, with a focus on instructional design and content development.
- Proficiency in using training software, such as Trainual or similar platforms.
- Strong knowledge of instructional design principles, adult learning theory, and learning management systems (LMS).
- Experience in designing and developing engaging and interactive training content using multimedia elements.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to effectively present complex information in a clear and concise manner.
- Strong attention to detail and exceptional organizational skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and subject matter experts.
- Willing to work 9:00am-5:00pm EST
