We are seeking a driven and enthusiastic individual to join our agency as a Cold ---------- this role, you will be responsible for making outbound calls to potential customers, introducing our services, and setting up appointments for shipments.

Key Responsibilities:

- Conducting outgoing cold calls to potential customers
- Building rapport with potential clients to schedule load shipments
- Answering phone calls and responding to inquiries from customers
- Keeping accurate records of customer interactions and shipments made in CRM software
- Striving to meet team goals and quotas

Minimum Requirements:

- High school diploma
- 1+ years of experience in a sales or customer service role
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
- Proficient with CRM software

Our pay is as follows:

Option 1: Salary
$120/ Weekly
+ UP TO 5% monthly bonus (Loads Booked)

OR

Option 2: Commission
UP TO 15% of all booked loads
