RN Phones Receiptionist

I am looking for a virtual Registered Nurse who can take our incoming phone calls to help our patients get the prescription requests they need.

This position would be available to answer calls from the hours of 9:30am - 6:30 pm Mountain Standard Time, with a 1 hour lunch break.

The Duties would include:
Taking incoming patient calls that need refills on their prescriptions
Taking incoming pharmacy calls that need clarification on prescriptions sent by our doctors
Reviewing patient messages to see if any need assistance switching their medications over to another pharmacy
Review any patients due for prescription refills- sending notifications to our doctors
Placing Outbound calls to let the patients know their prescriptions are ready to pickup
Placing outbound calls to patients asking them about their medications and if their medications are working for them
Sending noncontrolled prescriptions to the pharmacies when provider has approved a refill
Billing patients insurance when any care management calls have been placed
Calling pharmacies and laboratories at the request of our doctors
Submits a monthly reporting packet detailing all of the calls performed and prescriptions sent each month


Requirements:
MUST Be a registered nurse (RN) from any accredited university
MUST be reliable and show up to the job on time
MUST have a working computer, internet, and headset to receive calls
MUST have good clear pronunciation for patients to receive good customer service
MUST have good customer service skills
MUST be able to work independently
