Python Developer for Scraper Tool

Paramount Properties is a fast growing Real Estate company in the US. We're currently looking to expand our property development arm.
WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR?
- To have a scraper with the ability to run on visual studio code via python.
- Be able to pull all info on properties via a search criteria on websites like redfin, zillow, and realtor.com.
- To do a first run and see how the product, timing, cost, and communication works on initial project. If all meets expectations, continue to do more projects for multiple projects possibly in excess of 70+ jobs.
- Export all info to csv
REQUIREMENTS?
- Extremely versed in Python
- Fairly fluent in English
- Webs Scraping Experience
- Fast and Efficient
TIME FRAME?
If well versed in python, we believe a scraper for something like redfin should be completed in under 4-5 hours. We'll be offering a $5 USD an hour. With a cap for the first project of 6 hours. We'll be testing multiple candidates, to see who can achieve the goal with accuracy, good communication, in the least amount of time.
