We are looking for a creative and strategic Social Media Marketer to join our growing team at [Your Law Firm's Name]. The ideal candidate will have experience in managing social media accounts across various platforms, crafting engaging content, and driving brand awareness.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop, implement, and manage our social media strategy to increase visibility and traffic across platforms like LinkedIn, Google My Business, Twitter, Facebook, and Instagram.
Create, curate, and manage all published content (images, video, written) to appeal to our target audience.
Monitor, listen, and respond to users in a "Social" way while cultivating leads and ---------- sign and implement social media campaigns that align with business goals.
Analyze and report on the effectiveness of campaigns in an effort to maximize results.
Collaborate with other teams, like legal and customer service, to ensure brand consistency and meet client needs.
Stay up-to-date with current technologies and trends in social media, design tools, and applications.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or relevant field is preferred.
At least 2 years of experience as a Social Media Specialist or similar role.
Experience with social media management tools, Google Analytics, and SEO/SEM.
Knowledge of online marketing channels and strategies.
Excellent writing, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in MS Office and design software.
Strong multitasking and analytical skills.
