Experienced Customer Service Manager

Are you an experienced customer service manager with proven track record of success?

We are an Australian furniture ecommerce company looking for a superstar customer service manager to join our growing team.

This is a full time position working during Australian business hours (only 2-3 hours time difference between Manila time).

If you have experience leading customer service teams to success we would like to hear from you!

Required experience and attributes (please apply only if you have ALL OF THE BELOW):

- Minimum 5 years experience as a Customer Service Manager or Team Leader with an eCommerce brand, leading teams of 10 or more people. This will disqualify most applicants. Do not apply if you are unable to prove this work experience and show a proven track record of success in managing people

- Experience in household furniture products or other bulky goods

- Excellent command of English (both verbal and written)

- Positive and outgoing personality

- Looking for a rewarding long term career and not just a job

- Fast internet connection with backup internet and power options
