Kathy Kuo Home is looking for a Data Import Analyst who is responsible for managing and analyzing data imports, oversees the product data file creation in excel and is responsible for uploading data, creating formulas and streamlining the import process.. This role involves working with various teams to ensure accurate and efficient data transfer, validation, and integration. The Data Import Analyst plays a crucial role in maintaining data integrity and supporting data-driven decision-making processes. This seat reports into the data building team lead on the product team.

Responsibilities:

*Process incoming Excel data files for system imports and creation of new products.
*Supervise the data import process for all newly created products.
*Execute and make adjustments to a Python data wrangle program.
*Identify opportunities to enhance data quality and efficiency for the product data template.
*Collaborate closely with the engineering team to develop and test vendor import files.
*Conduct regular meetings and schedule feedback sessions with team leads, buyers, and engineering staff.
*Maintain and communicate updates and changes to the Excel Data Template.
*Conduct thorough data validation and verification to ensure accuracy, completeness, and consistency of imported data.
*Define data mapping rules and perform data transformations to align imported data with the organization's data model and standards.
*Analyze imported data to identify patterns, trends, and anomalies. Generate reports and insights based on the analyzed data to support decision-making processes.

Qualifications:

*Proficiency in advanced Microsoft Excel skills, including VBA and formulas, is desirable.
*Familiar with Python programming .
*A background in engineering or prior experience in data management is preferred.
*Strong written and verbal communication skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams, gather requirements, and present insights to stakeholders.
*Knowledge of the Tagalog language is helpful, as it is the primary language for many teaUpgrade to see actual infombers.
*Strong organizational skills to manage multiple data import projects simultaneously, meet deadlines, and prioritize tasks effectively.
*Effective problem-solving skills to troubleshoot data import issues and propose viable solutions.
Strong analytical skills to identify data patterns, perform data validation, and generate meaningful insights from imported data.
