Responsibilities and Expectations:
1. Market Research and Business Development:
- Conduct market research to identify potential international markets and customers, outreach and set up meeting with potential customers.
- Support in developing export strategies and building customer relationships.
- Support in building relationships with international customers, developing export strategies, and identifying new business opportunities.
2. Customer Service and Communication:
Provide prompt and helpful responses to customer inquiries, aiming for a response time of 24 hours or less.
Maintain regular communication with customers and other tea ---------- mbers, addressing concerns and providing exceptional customer service.
3. Administrative Support:
Maintain accurate export records, including customer data, sales data, shipping details, and customer information.
Assist in preparing reports, presentations, and financial documents related to export ---------- addition to these responsibilities, expectations also include strong research and organizational skills, attention to detail, good communication abilities, and a good work ethic.
