Our Client is a Care Home and provides care and support for up to 80 adults (service users) with enduring mental health problems.

They require a website and database to record service users details, activities, care plans and other information . The front end will be a wordpress based website.

A read only portal should be created to allow the Service Users family or next of kin to view details of recent activities, photographs and meal plans.

A comment only portal should be created to allow Health Care Professionals to add comments which are moderated by the Staff Members/Administrators.

Staff Members should have full read/write access to the database.

A GUI should be designed to allow easy access and updating of the Service User Profile.

The client also requires to be able to schedule and be alerted to Service Users Healthcare appointments, such as Opticians, Doctors, Prescription Pick Ups etc.

Each Service User Profile will be updated regularly.

Given the confidential nature of the data security is paramount.

• Viewer – Read Only Access to Selected information on Selected Service User Profiles.
