JOB OVERVIEW

A CEO of a company located in the US is looking for an experienced personal assistant. The CEO oversees several businesses and needs help managing his tasks.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the following personal and business tasks:
- Making calls on behalf of the CEO/patching him in the call
- Researching various topics online
- Filing forms and inputing data on G Suite apps
- Managing schedules and setting appointments
- Assigning tasks to various people
- Tracking projects and setting reminders

Requirements:
- Experience working as a virtual assistant
- A can-get-it-done attitude
- Can speak and write in English fluently. Confidence in speaking English over the phone
- Highly organized
- Can communicate via WhatsApp
- Must be able to work 10am-6pm Eastern Time (non-negotiable)
- Stable internet connection
- Self-motivated and can commit long-term

Offer:
- Working hours: 10am-6pm Eastern Time (Monday to Friday)
- Starting salary: $1000
