We are looking for a full-time Talent Acquisition and Recruitment Specialist to source, interview new talent for our growing organization. We are looking for a strong candidate who is a passionate go-getter, who enjoys the challenge of finding top talent to join our organization.
Responsibilities:
Review and understand job description and requirements
Post jobs to appropriate job boards, social media platforms and LinkedIn
Source and recruit candidates by using Indeed, LinkedIn, and social media.
Maintain a Monday spreadsheet with all of your candidates data, LinkedIn profile and status
Review job applicants and resumes on indeed and screen candidates resumes and skills
Reach out to candidates via phone call or text to Set up phone interviews
Conduct initial interviews and gain an understanding of candidates qualifications, skills, aptitude and experience, take notes
Apply notes and updates on Monday Spreadsheet
Make a list for hiring manager to follow up interview
Act as a point of contact to applicants and build candidate relationships
Ensure prompt responses to all applicants.
Monitor expenditure for various jobs
Monitor Recruiting Reports and list of Jobs that need to be filled
Qualifications:
2-3 years recruiting experience
Monday, Indeed and LinkedIn savvy
Speak fluent English to conduct phone Interviews
Excellent time management and prioritization abilities
Tech savvy with proficiency in Microsoft applications
Familiarity with job boards and applicant tracking
