Job Description

1. The QA Tester must fully understand the project specs, although there are missing requirements because of the complexity of the project. These requirements will be filled as we go along.

2. We have a list of tasks already listed for every sprint. The job of the QA Tester is to make test cases for every task listed so that the developers will know what to expect before starting to code. Basically this is to make the Developers’ job easy. The QA Tester must be detail-oriented.

3. The priority of the QA Tester is to make Test Cases for the current sprint, after which the developers can now continue work on that sprint. The QA Tester can now proceed to the finished sprints to make test cases and confirm that each of them are met in that “Completed” task. The QA Tester will be the one to confirm that the task is done. If there are bugs on that task the QA Tester should comment them under that task.

4. For unverified issues/or requirements not written in the spec sheet, he should list it down under the “Unverified Issues/For Clarification” in TeamWork and tag the Lead Developer.

5. Browser testing will be done after all sprints are done. This should be documented.

6. Communication is important for this job.
