We’re looking for an English speaking Sales Specialist (outbound caller) who LOVES to communicate with people and help change lives.
Please read the ENTIRE post for important information on how to qualify. We’re looking for a detailed oriented setter who can follow instructions well.
The Sales Specialist (setter) does outbound calls by facilitating conversation of leads in the pipeline. Outbound callers are motivated by helping others achieve a high level of success.
Responsibilities
Review company’s list of leads
Do outbound calls to all the leads, leave messages, and keeping track of their responses
Document all interactions with all prospects & clients in the CRM
Educate prospects on products and services offered by the company
Attend Sales tea
Collaborate with Client Success Director on ways to better serve current clients
Skills, Knowledge and Experience
1+ years of sales experience
1+ year of customer service experience
“Hungry” sense of initiative
Strong communication skills
Coachable and open to critiquing in order to increase and improve skills
Great personal time management skills
Positive attitude
