We are looking for a remote Appointment Setter/ Lead ---------- TE: It is crucial that you follow the "HOW TO APPLY" instructions


Shift Schedule:

12:00 PM - 08:00 PM EST Tuesday - Friday & Saturday 10:00 AM - 06:00 PM EST


Job Description:

-2 hours dedicated time to search for phone numbers to call based on the companies listed in the spreadsheet provided

-Calling leads and prequalifying based on the script provided

-Setting up an appointment or live transfering qualified leads

-Receive inbound calls

-Send follow-up emails


Qualifications:

-Experience in appointment setting and prequalifying calls is a MUST!

-Experience in B2C appointment setting & manual dialling from a spreadsheet is a PLUS!

-Experience in selling Direct TV products and services, streaming TV services, security alarms, internet , etc. is a PLUS!

-Familiarity with top brands such as AT&T, CenturyLink, Comcast and Direct TV is a PLUS!

-Ability to rebut two or three times on any objections

-Doesn’t take “NO” for an answer

-Aggressive, persuasive, and conversational

-Proactive and is able to work independently with less supervision

-Excellent English communication skills with a neutral American accent and conducting calls with great energy is a MUST!

-Excellent phone etiquette with a professional demeanour

-Has own PC/Laptop

-Good and reliable internet connection with backup (we will require a speed test)
