Experienced Campaign Manager

Hi - we are Nomads Digital - we are gamers and we do video game marketing. If you are good with numbers and love games you might be the Campaign Manager that we are looking for. You will join our team to help manage and expand our campaign activities. This role will focus mainly on the creation, analysis and optimization of online marketing campaigns for video games on Facebook/Meta and ---------- this position, you will work in a result driven, but informal atmosphere. Data will be available at your fingertips and be of great help at coming up with relevant insights. We utilize Klipfolio for our automatically fed data dashboards and market research tools like SEMRush and Similarweb. You will get training for all the tools we use and clear directions on what data points we identified as relevant to our teams. You'll be part of a dynamic group, who understand the goals of your position and have the experience to get you the resources you need to do your job ---------- this position you will not only have the possibility to help us steer our decision making, but you will also be able to test your own strategies first hand.

Responsibilities:
Work closely with the Head of Advertising to expand our campaigns
Research and analysis of user data and target groups
Analysis of our internal data
Setup campaigns according to our guidelines
You monitor and analyse the results of different traffic channels
Report your insights to the relevant team units (Media Buying, Design, Management)
Initiate new campaign ideas and work collaboratively within the Media Buying Team
Optimize campaigns according to defined parameters
The Ideal candidate:

Must be able to work independently and drive results
Open-minded work approach to continuously optimize own work
Ability to compile data from several sources and create actionable insights
Has Experience using Excel or Google Sheets to analyze and interpret data
Good English verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills
