Content Writer/ Researcher

Responsibilities:
-Research material for various sub-topics relating to South Florida Real Estate
-Draft Outlines and Scripts for video content (2-3 per week)
-Collaborate with Larry and FHBR team to produce high quality content
-Organize and Save written content in specified cloud storage locations
-Stay abreast of all content produced by the Mastropieri Group to stay in tune with the feel/style that we go for

Requirements:
-Must be an excellent communicator, especially written (Advanced level English writing)
-Must be responsible and trustworthy
-Must be productive with the ability to work fast and efficiently. Great time management skills are paramount.
-Must have familiarity with Google Workspace
-General real estate knowledge is a plus
-Must be able to work EST hours and be able to attend Virtual Meetings (Google Meet) and communicate via Google chat during those hrs

Job Type:
-Part Time
-Hours will vary but generally range between 9am-6pm
-Days worked will vary depending on workload but generally be 2-3 days per week
