Webapp programmer-designer jquery,Java,Netbeans,PHP

We are looking for skilled web programmer with good Web UI design skills, who takes PRIDE in their work. This is a full time position for 3 months, 40 hours a week. Which will be automatically turned into ongoing permanent position, if we like your work. No agencies please, only principal workers. This is not for everyone, but for talented hard working people, who do not want chasing for contacts all the time. Who would prefer stable compensation, interesting and challenging work and grow with us intellectually and income-wise.


Responsibilities:
- Create and support business web applications
- Create nice-looking UI web forms and web pages
- Work directly and closely with project manager via the Skype, E-mail, Google IM, etc


Requirements:
- Required skills by priority: Java, Jquery, AJAX, CSS, XML
- At least 1 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Working knowledge of Netbeans IDE
- Ability to read code created by others and to create your own
- Working knowledge in Javascript and ability to (a) write your own code, (b) use 3rd party javascript (effects, custom scripts)
- Understanding DOM and ability to work with it.
- Understanding XML format and how AJAX works. Ability to make things work.
- Experience with Linux, knowledge in FTP, SFTP, SSH, Telnet
- QA skills. Ability to test the pages and the entire web apps: identify, explain and resolve the issue.
- Speaks, Reads, and Writes good English.
- Is willing to learn new things. Can easily be trained other skills.
