• Conduct thorough candidate screenings, interviews, and assessments to evaluate qualifications, experience, and compatibility with potential employers.
• Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified healthcare professionals for current and future recruitment needs.
• Develop and implement innovative recruitment strategies to attract and retain high-quality talent.
• Foster and maintain strong relationships with healthcare organizations, understanding their culture, values, and specific staffing requirements.
• Act as a trusted advisor to healthcare professionals, providing guidance and support throughout the recruitment process.
• Coordinate and facilitate the placement process, including negotiating offers, conducting reference checks, and assisting with onboarding.
• Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and changes in healthcare regulations that may impact recruitment strategies.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a healthcare recruiter or in a similar recruitment role, preferably within the healthcare industry.
• Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal, with a strong attention to detail.
• Confidence and ability to engage with healthcare professionals and organizations at various levels.
• Solid understanding of healthcare roles, qualifications, and industry standards.
• Familiarity with recruitment tools and platforms, such as applicant tracking systems and social media sourcing.
• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build and maintain relationships with diverse stakeholders.
• Proactive and self-motivated approach to work, with the ability to prioritize and multitask effectively.
