Job Title: Virtual Assistant - Real Estate Lead Generation and Appointment Setting
Job Summary: We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Virtual Assistant to join our real estate team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for cold calling potential leads, conducting lead generation activities, and setting appointments for our real estate agents. This is a remote position that requires excellent communication skills and a strong work ethic.
Responsibilities:
• Conduct outbound cold calls to potential real estate leads using provided scripts and guidelines.
• Engage prospects in conversation to gather information and assess their interest in our real estate services.
• Qualify leads based on predefined criteria and determine their readiness to schedule appointments.
• Effectively communicate the value proposition and benefits of working with our real estate agents.
• Schedule appointments with qualified leads and ensure all necessary details are accurately recorded.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all interactions and appointments in the CRM system.
• Collaborate with the real estate team to optimize lead generation strategies and improve conversion rates.

Requirements:
• Previous experience in cold calling or telemarketing, preferably in the real estate industry.
• Excellent verbal communication skills with the ability to build rapport over the phone.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail to effectively manage and update lead information.
• Self-motivated and disciplined to work remotely and meet set targets and deadlines.
• Familiarity with customer relationship management (CRM) software and MOJO dialer is a plus.
• Knowledge of real estate terminology and processes is a plus.
• Reliable internet connection and a quiet work environment to make calls.
