SEO PERSON, WILL TRAIN (BE SMART AND MOTIVATED!)

We have a thriving and growing digital marketing agency and we are looking for a full-time person to work on SEARCH ENGINE OPTIMIZATION and related tasks. We are willing to train, to a certain extent, but you will have to have initiative! We have COOL clients, and we love what we do, and we work hard to deliver value to them. You should have at least a basic understanding of what SEO is and the basic components of digital marketing, because you will be involved with all of it. You should be able to absorb new information and improve yourself; we are experts at this stuff and we need you to become one, too. This is a fantastic ground-floor opportunity for the right person. You must be a GREAT communicator, have a sense of humor, be able to SEE the BIG picture (and not just "do tasks") and understand that the RESULTS of your work are what matters, not just blindly following formulas. You should also be able to speak good English and write a good sentences. If we ask you to do something, and if, after a period of time, you have ideas on how to do your job better, or improve a process, or get better results, rest assured that we will want to hear ---------- fact, we will welcome it! To be successful you have to care that the work you are doing MATTERS.

While we don't expect you to work on OUR hours all day (eastern standard time) we do expect that you will be available during OUR work week for a portion of every day. You would be using time doctor to track time, and you would be communicating via Slack and Zoom calls. We need a solid team player, with a reliable and fast internet connection, and a good computer.
