JOB OVERVIEW

• Sales Generation
- Address gaps and opportunities to ensure attainment of objectives.
- Ensures on time implementation and excellent execution of Cycle Plan Activities and other initiatives that drive Visibility and Sales.
- Ensures proper maintenance and optimum deployment of trade assets and Point of Sales materials to the trade together with the Trade Marketing and Admin Staff and the 3rd Party Merchandising Supervisor.
- Ensure quality of sales call thru the implementation of agreed Basic Call Procedure (ICE- In Call Execution)

• Managing of Account Receivables & Customer Management
- Ensures that collections are performed efficiently within his area and the credit policies and collections standards are being implemented.
- Act as the face of the principal in the trade in an ethical and professional manner.
- Ensures sales force adherence to set Business Principles in all aspects of operations.
- Ensures that quality of service at the highest level by the distributor through regular customer visits.
- Gathers feedback from trade customers to further improve services and execution of trade activities.

• Sales Reporting and Analysis
- Ensures sales data integrity, timely and accurately encoded in the system
- Ensures proper monitoring, interpretation, and gap analysis of sales data using the available system tools and communicates this to the sales team.
- Provide consolidated evaluation and feedback to Trade Marketing and Admin Staff (TMAS) and Area Sales Manager of all activities performed in the trade.

• People Management
- Continuous review and coaching of team performance against objectives and competencies applying the agreed Basic Call Procedure (ICE- In Call Execution)
- Identify development needs and opportunities of the team and ensure appropriate actions are taken to address these
- Formal appraisal and assessment of the team thru regular performance review

• Territory Development
- Continuously seeks opportunities and drives his sales team in exploring new customers and develop untapped areas for coverage expansion.
