Notion Consultant

Taina Pereenniemi is the #1 Notion Certified Consultant in the Nordics. She’s looking to expand her consulting team with a Notion Consultant to work directly with clients to design and deliver business management solutions built on Notion.

Taina’s clientele consists primarily of coaches and consultants running teams of 0-20, but sometimes she also serves clients from other industries and of different sizes.

Taina is looking for someone to work on an hourly basis, with the estimated workload being 10-20 hours per week.

Required:

- Excellent skills in Notion
- Fluent in English (spoken & written)
- Enjoys working directly with clients
- Solid project management skills

Considered a plus:

- Knowledgeable with automation tools (e.g. Zapier, Make)
- Notion Certified and/or Ambassador

Exemplary tasks include:

- Workshop with clients online
- Gather client requirements
- Build business management solutions on Notion
- Client support (email or video call)
- Record demo videos
- Train client users
- Build or customize Notion templates
