Are you a Marine engineer/expert who can diagnose Marine issues over the phone with customers? We are seeking a Marine customer service representative to handle taking HOT leads for Marine Mechanic Services, fill out CRM data, give a basic quote and help schedule our technicians to visit customers. These customers are calling and need our help and we're looking for a phone rep who can help quote, answer customer concerns and schedule appointments
This will be a position with flexibility and the candidate needs to be comfortable wearing several hats.
Your daily responsibilities would include:
1. Daily Check-ins/Out messages on
2. Answering inboard phone calls, taking customer info and putting in CRM, quote them based on needs.
3. Inform leads of hourly rates, schedule availability and part ordering (if necessary)
In addition to having great English skills, you’ll need to use the applications we listed below. You don’t need to be an expert in all of them, but you need to be at least familiar with most of them.

Experience/Portfolio expected upon application.
Work Schedule & Holidays
This is a part-time position Mondays to Fridays, the hours may be able to be flexible. 20 hrs/wk minimum.
