CRM Specialist

Qualifications:
- Minimum of 2 years of solid work experience in GoHighLevel (GHL)
- With background in creating funnels and automation
- Experience with GHL SaaS model
- Proficient with GHL tools, workflow, and system
- With experience in Active Campaign and data migration is a plus
- With background in marketing
- Strong analytical skills and problem-solving capabilities
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Experience using other CRM is an advantage

Responsibilities:
- Setting up and managing CRM automation workflows
- Implementing marketing campaigns
- Conducting tests to optimize performance
- Analyzing data and providing insights to improve overall campaign performance
- Troubleshoot and resolve CRM-related issues and failures
- Collaborate with tea ---------- mbers to develop and improve CRM systems
- Maintain system documentation for user support and future reference
- Keep abreast of the latest CRM developments and trends
