About The Role
We are looking for an experienced customer service personnel who has great empathy and compassion. Struggling with acne is painful and we really care as a company and you need to exhibit the same level of passion and care to help customers resolve their acne issues. If you have struggled with acne or is having acne now, it's a major plus. We will send you a set of our skincare FREE to help you get rid of your acne and also to understand first-hand how our products can help acne fighters.

Do note that this is not just a Customer Service Role, we will need you to be a self-starter and be flexible to help out in other tasks in marketing, such as editing artwork in photoshop when there's no enquiries. Or if you have video editing skills, that would be a major plus.

Required Skills / Knowledge / Experience:
- Work from 9pm –6am Philippines time with an hour break in between.
- Monitoring our social media, sales platforms, live chat to make sure queries are promptly answered.
- Serve customers by providing product and service information and resolving product and service problems.
- Attract potential customers by answering product and service questions and suggesting information about other products and services.
- Resolve product or service problems by clarifying the customer’s complaint, determining the cause of the problem, selecting and explaining the best solution to solve the problem, expediting correction or adjustment, and following up to ensure resolution.
- Recommend potential products or services to management by collecting customer information and analyzing customer needs.
- Prepares product or service reports by collecting and analyzing customer information.
- If you have experience with WooCommerce, it's a major plus.

Other scope of work would be general Admin and Marketing stuff during lull ---------- cation and Experience Requirements:
- Must be able to write and speak good English.
- University/college degree is an asset
- Familiarity with office software
- Previous experience, especially in beauty customer support industry, preferred

Salary :
- Php 25,000-35,000 with 2 months variable bonus based on KPIs.
