Server Engineer to migrate and maintain site

We are looking for a freelance server engineer. Contract can be adhoc tasks or monthly contractual.

Currently, we need to migrate our site to vultr with cpanel and cloudflare installed (with wordpress and laravel as subdomain)

Engineer must be able to fix when there is issue 24/7 and contactable. Issue should be fixed in 1h.
Engineer needs to give referal of happy customers.

Engineer must also have the ability to fix the below fast.
* fix apache/php/mysql/mail/DNS issue
* migrate website (to vult)
* remove malware hackers scripts
* find spammers and remove their scripts
* manage server for load
* any other issue which you are facing
* cPanel installation
* Configure and setup cPanel/WHM and its services
* Secure cPanel server
* Optimize and secure Apache/PHP
* Optimize and secure Mysql databases
* Optimize and secure DNS
* Optimize and secure exim Mail server
* Fix any error about cPanel/WHM,Apache,PHP,Mysql,DNS,exim mail server
* Setup DNS records and cluster server
* Install and configure firewall & Mod security
* Install any 3rd party application / service
* Upgrade Kernel and fix its error
* Fix cloudflare issue
* Remove Malware/Virus/hacker's code/scripts
