Junior Acquisitions Specialist

We are eagerly seeking a talented full-time Real Estate Jr Acquisitions Specialist to join our real estate team. You will pursue new properties for the company and cultivate relationships with sellers. You must be results-oriented, think strategically, and build connections with homeowners and investors. Responsibilities:
-Manage leads and follow up through daily CRM use to update and stay on task until deals are closed
-Respond to all leads in a timely manner to drive business forward
-Use market trends, comps, data research, site walks, and outreach to assess property value and condition
-Facilitate the contract process by building rapport and overcoming objections with clients

Requirements:
?Proven sales management expertise, notably in the real estate investment sector
?Exceptionally strong verbal and written communication abilities
?Having the capacity to strategize while paying meticulous attention to detail
?Exceptional planning and time-management abilities
?High level of initiative with a willingness to learn new concepts quickly
?Make 250 calls a week.

Pay and benefits.
- $6-$15 an hour depending on experience and skills
- 5.5% commission on closed sales - the average is 30k per sales member
- Flexible schedule
- Can work from anywhere as long as the internet connection is stable.
