Professional Recruiter

We are looking for a RECRUITER that has a successful record of recruiting candidates in the USA.
If this is you, we will pay you very well for sourcing, screening, and assisting in hiring licensed, healthcare professionals. This is for recruiting high level, professional positions.

Requirements:
*You MUST have at least 3 years experience as a professional recruiter.
*You have experience sourcing the BEST candidates not only from job boards, but actually searching online and finding potential candidates that would consider a new opportunity. Both Active and Passive recruiting is required.
*You must have a successful track record of recruiting and hiring.
*You must be able to make calls to source and find candidate, not only respond to resumes.
* Must be able to work during USA hours with some flexibility based upon ability to contact candidates.

1. What type of US positions have you recruited successfully for?
2. How many of these positions did you recruited and under what time frame?
3. What other successful methods have you used to identify, attract, and recruit qualified candidates? Please provide information that is not your typical job boards or social media as these are basic skills.
4. How many positions have you successfully recruited for in the last year?
5. What are your pay expectations?
