Data Developer / Analyst (Fluent in SQL & dbt)

Opportunity to join a fast-growing technology company in Toronto Canada in a growing industry.
We are in need of a Data Developer / Analyst to help us do more with our data, and expand our capabilities.

What you will do:
Perform ad-hoc data analysis on complex datasets and present findings
Improve the data quality of existing datasets through process improvement and writing data quality tests
Build new datasets using data from SQL data warehouse to serve dashboards
Build new dashboards that could unlock value
Build new data products with developers
Train and manage a team of data analysts


Required Qualifications:
Must have experience using dbt
2+ years experience with performing data analysis and drawing conclusions
2+ years experience cleaning and manipulating data in SQL and or Python
1+ years experience working with Excel or Google Sheets
Fluent English communicator, speaking and writing
Able to work with minimal supervision
Able to take ownership of responsibilities and deliver high-quality outputs
