Pyton & Javaacript Developer Needed

We are adjusting this job to be a "part-time" "as needed" position.
We are in need of a intuitive, creative and self motivated developer for our ERP system. We are using ERP Next for all of our in house tasks and we are in need of a full time developer to do several things:
1) Learn the software
2) using your Phyton and Javascript skills adjust, add and manage the system to make it as efficient as possible for all depts.
3) Continually adjust and make the software better so the company can be as efficient as possible.
This position may also include some basic IT functions (our 3CX phone system or our wordpress website), but a majority of the time would be spent on ERP Next.

You need to:
Be proficient in Python and Javascript (NOT looking for someone to learn these on the job, need to have GREAT knowledge already).
Be a self starter and able to easily manage your own time
Able to work well with the team in finding the issue, developing solutions and finding the best plan of attack
Willing to work partial time on MOUNTAIN time zone (minimum of 4 hours between the MST of 7am and 5pm)
Meet deadlines and keep track of several tasks simultaneously
Meet daily with the team at 8am MST for our company meeting.
