We are looking for a SELF STARTING virtual assistant to support the CEO in our fast growing credit repair agency.
This is a full-time position with long-term growth potential.
Reports directly to the CEO.
Basic understanding of the American credit system is a huge plus.
The ideal applicant MUST:
• Be EXTREMELY organized.
• Have IMMACULATE attention to detail.
• Be willing to take initiative and get things done!
• Have excellent English (oral and written communication).
• Be able to take direction well.
• Be able to work independently, as well as part of a team.
Primary tasks assigned to this position:
•
• Develop, understand and implement Standard Operating Procedures.
• Provide comprehensive support to the CEO, including managing calendar, appointments, meetings and travel arrangements.
• Research & reporting to assist the CEO with decision-making and problem-solving processes.
• Social Media Management
Tools we use to effectively run our business (experience in any of these is a HUGE plus!)
• Trello (task management)
• Slack (internal communications)
• Credit Repair Cloud (dispute management)
• Go High Level (CRM)
