JOB OVERVIEW

Join our team as an Virtual Assistant - Short Term Rental. We're seeking someone passionate about creating exceptional guest experiences and supporting our business development efforts.

Responsibilities:

- Find and secure new properties for short-term rentals through market research and lead generation.
- Create captivating property listings on Airbnb and other platforms to maximize bookings.
- Maintain detailed documentation, including property descriptions and guest manuals.
- Coordinate property setup and ensure a delightful guest experience.
- Respond promptly to guest inquiries and address concerns professionally.
- Manage bookings and keep availability calendars up to date.
- Collaborate and coordinate with cleaning and maintenance teams for property upkeep.
- Handle claims for damages and additional fees in accordance with company policies and procedures.

Qualifications:

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Customer service experience, preferably in hospitality industry.
- Previous experience in the vacation rental industry, especially with Airbnb is highly valued (case manager Level 2 or above).
- Flexibility to work US working hours, including evenings and weekends.
- Familiarity with property management software and online booking platforms is a plus.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Proactive problem-solving abilities with a passion for hospitality.
