Business Analyst

We're seeking a highly qualified, skilled, experienced Business Analyst to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have experience with web and mobile application development projects.

The successful candidate will have excellent attention to detail, strong problem-solving skills, and the ability to work independently and as part of a team. You are a highly motivated self-starter with the flexibility to adapt to changing business needs. You have excellent people and communication skills to work with various groups confidently.

We need someone who can work independently, with minimal supervision and respond to directions ASAP.

Job Responsibilities:
• Recommend process improvements and optimization opportunities based on data analysis.
• Develop process flowcharts, process maps, and process diagrams to illustrate business processes.
• Capture and document business requirements, use cases and test cases.

Qualifications:
• Must be responsible, organized and have great communication skills.
• A minimum of 2 years experience in business analysis related to web development.
• Willingness to learn, grow, and collaborate with the team and company as a whole.
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to speak confidently and professionally on behalf of the business owner.
• Must possess excellent critical thinking, problem-solving skills and superior attention to detail.
• Strong analytical skills.
• Fluent in English (Speaking and Writing).
• Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
• A high level of discretion, ethics, and trustworthiness.
• Innovative thinking and willingness to challenge existing methods where improvement is possible.


WORK SCHEDULE/ WORKPLACE ENVIRONMENT/ SETUP REQUIREMENTS:
• Part Time
• Ability to attend meetings, 9 am to 1 pm ET.
• Must have a video camera, headset or microphone (for tea ---------- etings).
• Have a dedicated workspace, computer and reliable internet access.

EXPERIENCE/EDUCATION:
• 1-2+ years’ experience in Business Analysis related to Web & App Development.
