About Yaran
Yaran is a Perth-based property developer that specialises in affordable medium density development within the Perth metropolitan area. The company was established in 1996 and since then have developed over 1,000 dwellings with a combined development value in excess of $400 million.

We are growing our Projects team to address the shortage of affordable and disability housing in WA.

The mission of Yaran is “to be a blessing to others through housing which is affordable, fit-for-purpose, and environmentally conscious”.

Position – Marketing Specialist


The successful applicant will be working directly with the management team to achieve the following:

• Maintaining website and social media accounts
• Organising marketing campaigns and events
• Design and publication of marketing materials
• Processing leads into Client Relationship Management (CRM) database
• Organising meetings and home opens

Requirements for the successful applicant include:

• Strong problem-solving skills: Organised, methodical and able to work autonomously when required
• Strong communication skills: Clear communicator, good telephone manner, and able to resolve conflicts and difficult conversations.
• Competent in Microsoft Office, especially Power Point and Excel.
• Background in web design and graphic design will be advantageous.
• Tertiary qualifications in Marketing or Business-related field are a requirement. Or, alternatively, 3 years’ experience in a similar role.


Benefits of Working at Yaran

• Salary is from 35,000 PHP per month (40 hours per week; 9am to 5.30pm Western Australia time). The salary is negotiable depending on experience and qualifications.
• 13th month salary paid as bonus at the end of each year.
• Same time zone as the Philippines.
