We are seeking a talented and experienced Direct Response Creative Lead to join our team and help us continue our success in the health and wellness industry. Our ideal candidate is someone who has a proven track record as a direct response copywriter, but has transitioned into developing and implementing direct response marketing strategies that align with the company's objectives, and contribute to its overall growth. You will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of marketing, including market research, brand management, campaign development, digital marketing, and customer acquisition/retention efforts.

To be clear, we are not looking for a Brand Awareness/SEO/SMM type of creative lead. Rather, we want someone who can consistently churn out direct response ideas by constantly analyzing with the team what works and what doesn’t. We want someone who can commit to us full-time, managing the frontend team, conducting meetings, identifying needle movers, and pushing our limits to the next level.

Job Title: Direct Response Creative Lead

Job Overview: As the Direct Response Creative Lead, your primary responsibility is to plan, execute and optimize Digital ad campaigns across various platforms. You will be working alongside the team to manage internal paid advertising to promote the company’s new-age spirituality products.
Job Qualifications:
-A strong and proven experience in direct response copywriting, preferably familiar with media buying metrics, with the ability to come up with direct response creative angles.
-Proven experience in a creative lead role, able to streamline direct response efforts from copywriters, media buyers, graphic designers, and email marketers.
-In-depth knowledge of marketing principles, strategies, and best practices across both traditional and digital channels.
-Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data to drive informed marketing decisions.
-Proficiency in marketing automation platforms, CRM systems, and digital analytics tools.
-Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and senior management.
-Demonstrated leadership abilities and experience in managing and developing a marketing team.
-Strong project management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and meet deadlines.
-Preferably a bachelor's degree in marketing, business administration, or a related field.
*Currently, this is a Remote Position, but you are expected to be reachable and online from 10am-6pm, Mon-Fri.
Summary of Responsibilities:
Creative Strategy and Planning:
-Develop and lead the creative strategy for direct response marketing campaigns, aligned with business objectives and target audience.
-Collaborate with marketing teams to understand campaign goals, target audience, and key messaging.
-Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify creative opportunities and insights.
Concept Development and Ideation:
-Generate innovative and effective creative concepts for direct response marketing campaigns.
-Brainstorm and collaborate with copywriters, designers, and other teaUpgrade to see actual infombers to develop compelling and persuasive campaign ideas.
-Ensure creative concepts align with brand guidelines, campaign objectives, and customer journey.
Copywriting and Content Development:
-Write persuasive and engaging copy for direct response marketing materials, including emails, landing pages, sales letters, and advertisements.
-Craft compelling headlines, hooks, and CTAs to drive response and conversions.
-Collaborate with designers to ensure copy and design work together harmoniously.
Creative Direction and Design Collaboration:
-Provide creative direction and guidance to designers, ensuring the visual elements align with the campaign objectives and messaging.
-Collaborate closely with designers to develop visual assets, layouts, and imagery that enhance the effectiveness of direct response marketing materials.
-Review and provide feedback on design concepts, ensuring they align with the creative strategy and best practices.
Testing and Optimization:
-Develop and execute A/B tests and other creative experiments to optimize direct response marketing campaigns.
-Analyze data and metrics to assess the performance of creative elements and iterate on designs for improved conversion rates.

-Foster a collaborative and innovative environment, encouraging the team to generate ideas and contribute to the creative process.
-Coordinate with cross-functional teams, such as marketing, product, and analytics, to align creative efforts with overall marketing strategies.
Performance Analysis and Reporting:
-Track and analyze key performance metrics, such as response rates, conversion rates, and ROI, for direct response marketing campaigns.
-Generate reports and provide insights on creative performance and effectiveness to stakeholders.
