Accountant / Bookkeeper

This position is for an accountant / bookkeeper for a multi-business enterprise. The enterprise consist of a holding company that owns a multi-location nationally growing residential home cleaning company, a commercial cleaning company, and a short-term rental company. We need the books ran for each company, and weekly reporting.

The bulk of the work will be the bookwork for the residential cleaning company, as it’s the largest and multi-location. Transactions and payrolls will need classed properly each week in order to show proper P&L for each location. There is a lot of journal entries, and classing involved in this. Experience in this area is a plus.

All bookwork is done via Quickbooks Online. We use online because it syncs well with our payroll systems, and we like cloud based systems. Experience specifically with Quickbooks Online is a huge plus.
