Operations Specialist

Our client based in Australia is currently seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Operations Specialist to join their dynamic team. If you have a strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and a knack for problem-solving, this could be the perfect opportunity for you. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring smooth operations and maintaining the highest level of efficiency.

Ideal candidate must have high attention to detail with the following skills and competencies:

* High/superb level of English (willing to offer a higher salary for this)
* Decent arithmetic/mathematical skills
* Reliable and fast internet connection for remote access to on-premises servers
* Must have keyboard and mouse (trackpad on a laptop may not suffice)
* Respect for confidentiality
* Ability to screencast desktop (zoom with video off), listen to audio, and speak over the internet during training
* Strong mathematical ability and working knowledge of probability
* University degree in any of the following Commerce/Mathematics/Finance/Engineering/Statistics
* Ability to run a PC with two monitors at once (we will provide the equipment once we are satisfied)

Salary: 30,000 - 45,000 PHP per month for 40-50 hours a week

Preferred Working Hours: Wednesday, Thursday, Friday, Saturday, Sunday. Saturday is a long shift of 10-12 hours. Monday and Tuesday only require a maximum of 1 hour or no work at ---------- stralian time
