JOB OVERVIEW

We’re looking for an E-commerce Product Coordinator who has experience in driving sales of physical products on online retail marketplaces like amazon.com and eBay.com.

He/She must have a strong understanding of the various factors that drive online sales and conversions on amazon.com in order to grow the sales of our various product lines.

The job will not only require a strong ability to understand HOW to position our products for high visibility on these marketplaces, but also includes the daily activities that must be performed on these sites to maintain high rankings and visibility for our products.

Your responsibilities as a FULL TIME E-commerce Product Coordinator are to:

Account Maintenance
Account setup and configuration (seller central, vendor central)
Item listing optimization (image/content edits)

Account Reporting/Analysis
Software/Tools configuration (keyword tracking, email campaign, performance reporting)
Account performance reporting
Daily account monitoring & issue resolution

Desired Skills / Expertise / Qualifications:

- Ability to work FULL TIME 8:00 - 5:00 CST, (14 hours behind Philippines), Monday - Friday
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
- Demonstrated written and oral communication skills
- Demonstrated ability to work independently and as a team
- Experience working with a CRM (contact relationship management software)
- Minimum three years online retail / e-commerce experience
- Minimum three years of product manager / sales manager / account manager experience
- Typing skills with at least 50 WPM.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office software (Word, Access, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Ability and willingness to take astute notes on all product activities
- High degree of discretion dealing with confidential information
- Ability and willingness to work some early mornings and evenings
- A strong, reliable, fast internet connection

COMPENSATION:

- We pay through xoom.com or Western Union
- Base salary will be $400 US dollars per month
- We pay on a weekly basis
- Use of time tracking software is required
- We pay bonuses for great work
- We pay 13th Month Bonus
- We give pay increases based on performance
- Every month you work, you earn 1 personal day which can be used as sick days or vacation days (12 Days per Year)
- These are the paid holidays: New Year’s Day, Good Friday, Independence Day, All Saints Day, Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, New Year’s Eve (7 Days)
