JOB OVERVIEW

I am looking for a full-time Project/Operations Manager who will help me in running my business.

Pay is TBD, this will depend on your level of skill and other people that apply to the job.

You must be:
- Someone who exhibits sound judgment with the ability to prioritize and make decisions
- A detail-oriented self-starter
- Energetic and eager to tackle new projects and idea
- Resourceful, can-do attitude
- Proactive

Tasks include but are not limited to:
- Managing business operations and making sure everything is getting done
- Managing all VAs
- Creating SOPs
- Checking screenshots and activity levels of VAs
- Handling EA tasks as needed

Perks:
*You can work whenever you want. You will not have to wake up or work at any given time.
*You can work as much as you want. I will pay you a salary but if you work extra hours you will get paid.
*Flexible Vacation, if you need time off just let me know.
*Opportunity to advance/get bonuses, if you do a good job I will give you a raise and bonuses.
About Me:
I own 3 different companies, Performance Nut Butter, B Dancewear, and Effective Ecommerce. I have been working with Virtual Assistants for over 4 years and all of my VAs have been very happy to work with me. You will be given a chance to talk with my current VA before you are hired.
